Ingredients
- Cider - 27 fl oz
- Black tea - 2.1 oz
- Thyme - 0.7 oz
- Cinnamon - 1.4 oz
- Ground clove - 0.4 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 4.2 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 13 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Lemon - to taste
- Waffle - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
First, you need to make the syrup. Place all ingredients except for the cider into a saucepan.
Step 3
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat.
Step 5
Cool down.
Step 6
Strain through cheesecloth. The syrup is ready.
Step 7
For the mulled wine, take 200 ml of syrup.
Step 8
Next, for the mulled wine. Pour the cider and syrup into a pitcher or saucepan.
Step 9
Heat it up.
Step 10
Then pour it into a pre-warmed mug.
Step 11
Serve optionally with a waffle and a slice of lemon.
