Mushroom and Cheese Tartlets
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 1.9 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1½ teaspoons
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Tartlets - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and clean the mushrooms.
Step 2
Chop them into small pieces.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and butter.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms to the skillet.
Step 5
After 2–3 minutes, season with black pepper and stir.
Step 6
Then add salt and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, add the cream cheese.
Step 8
Stir well.
Step 9
After another 2 minutes, add the sour cream and mix.
Step 10
After 1–2 minutes, remove from heat and fill the tartlet shells with the mushroom mixture.
Step 11
Add herbs and serve.
