Ingredients
- Celery salt - 1.8 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 2 qt
- Potato - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Instant Oatmeal - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms - 5.3 oz

Step 1
Bring the broth to a boil.
Step 2
Wash, peel, and chop the celery root. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the celery root until golden brown.
Step 3
Wash the potato, peel, and cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Slice the mushrooms. Add the cubed potato, mushrooms, sautéed celery root, and oatmeal to the boiling broth. Cook for 12 minutes (or until the potato and oatmeal are tender).
Step 4
Serve with freshly chopped herbs.
