Ingredients
- Champignons - 10.6 oz
- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Water - 1½ l
- Cream 22% - 1 glass
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2
Cover the potatoes with water, just enough to submerge them, add salt, and boil until tender.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms.
Step 5
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with a little salt. Sauté until all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 7
Then, drain the water from the potatoes and blend them with the mushrooms.
Step 8
Pour the soup into a pot, add cream, and season with a little pepper.
