Description
Mushroom caviar is a simple and inexpensive dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack throughout the day. The main ingredient of the dish is champignon mushrooms, which means you can prepare this caviar year-round, adding to its appeal. The recipe is versatile: if you add cream to the skillet, the flavor will become more delicate and creamy, while carrots will add sweetness but shorten the shelf life of the caviar by a couple of days.
