Mushroom caviar made from dried porcini mushrooms
Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Mayonnaise - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the dried mushrooms and eggs. Drain the water from the mushrooms and rinse them with cold water. Leave to drain for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the ingredients through a meat grinder in the following order: mushrooms, butter, garlic, eggs.
Step 3
Mix the resulting mass.
Step 4
Add mayonnaise and mix.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Transfer to a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Place the set mixture onto a plate.
