Ingredients
- Champignons - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 20 fl oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms. In a pot, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion and mushrooms.
Step 2
In another pot, melt the butter, add the flour and sauté for 2 minutes, then gradually pour in the broth while stirring constantly, bringing it to a boil. Add the mushrooms and onion, stir, and bring to a boil again.
Step 3
Next, blend everything using an immersion blender. Add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer the soup on low heat for another 7–9 minutes. Then, pour in the cream, bring it back to a boil once more, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Serve topped with croutons.
