Ingredients
- White Sauce - 4 fl oz
- Red Curry Powder - 0.7 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - ¼ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Paprika - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cake crumbs - 1.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the white sauce, curry powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add the lightly beaten egg, then add the crushed fresh breadcrumbs and very finely chopped mushrooms. Mix well and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Shape the mixture into small croquettes and coat them in breadcrumbs. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and fry in well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
