Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles - 2 lbs
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the champignon mushrooms, thread them onto wooden skewers, and coat them lightly with mayonnaise to prevent the mushrooms from drying out and to help them brown.
Step 2
Select a heat-resistant tray or dish so that the skewers can be placed on the edges without the mushrooms touching the bottom, i.e., they should be suspended.
Step 3
Place in a preheated oven at 180–392°F (350–400 degrees Fahrenheit), preferably in convection mode, until lightly browned.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare a garlic sauce from the sour cream using any available method: press the garlic through a garlic press, add a little salt, or use garlic salt, possibly with herbs, and simply mix it into the sour cream.
Step 5
Remove the finished kebabs from the skewers, place them on a plate, and serve with the sauce and a leaf of lettuce.
