- Champignons - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dice the onion.

Chop the champignons in a blender into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
