Ingredients
- Champignon Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- 20% Cream - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Potato - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, then add the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are done, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Step 3
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, but you can keep a cup of water and one potato just in case. Add the mushrooms and onion to the potatoes, add the cream, salt, pepper, and blend with an immersion blender. If the soup seems too thick, add that reserved water.
Step 4
Cut the potato into cubes and add to the cream soup.
Step 5
Serve with croutons.
