Ingredients
- Arborio rice - 2.1 oz
- Mushroom seasoning - 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Porcini Mushrooms - 3 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Ghee - 0.5 oz
- Parsley - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms lengthwise into four pieces and sauté them in butter. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Sauté the rice in olive oil for two minutes. Pour in warm broth. Simmer over medium heat for about 17 minutes until al dente.
Step 3
Add the sautéed mushrooms, along with the butter and clarified butter. Stir vigorously until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the risotto in a deep plate, garnished with a sprig of parsley.
