- Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
- 10% Sour Cream - 0.4 oz
- Aspen mushrooms - 2.1 oz
- Frozen porcini mushrooms - 1.1 oz
- Chives - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the Arborio rice in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the mushroom broth and cream.
Step 3
Then thicken the risotto with butter and grated parmesan.
