Description

Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 2 lbs
- Ham - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms, dice the onion, cut the ham into strips, and grate the cheese.
Step 2
Sauté the onion, ham, and mushrooms in butter, remove any excess liquid if necessary, add cream, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the stew to small molds, make a small indentation in the center, crack 1 egg into each, and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 320°F.
