Description
You can also bake canned mushrooms in sour cream. For this, drain the brine, rinse the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté. Otherwise, proceed as you would with fresh mushrooms.

- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon

- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and scald with hot water. Drain them in a colander, let the water drain, slice, season with salt, and sauté in oil. Before finishing the sautéing, add a teaspoon of flour to the mushrooms and stir; then add the sour cream, bring to a boil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake.
Step 2
When serving, sprinkle the mushrooms with parsley or dill.
