  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken Broth - 3 tablespoons
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms (chanterelles, honey mushrooms, milk caps), rinse them, and boil in salted water.

Step 2

Drain in a colander, transfer to a pot with heated oil, add 2–3 tablespoons of meat broth, cover with a lid, and stew for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

When serving, add chopped herbs and stir.
