Ingredients

  • Royal Mushrooms - 12 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms and pat them dry.

Step 2

Cut off the stems, leaving only the caps.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion, mushroom stems, tomatoes, and chicken fillet.

Step 4

Sauté the onions, mushroom stems, and chicken fillet until golden brown, then add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture.

Step 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle it over the mushrooms, and press down.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
