Description
One of the signature dishes of a popular chef - stuffed portobello mushrooms, but in the U.S. portobello mushrooms are hard to find, while button mushrooms are everywhere. You just need to prepare them correctly.
Ingredients
- Royal Button Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Herbs de Provence - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Step 2
Finely chop the stems and dice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Sauté the tomatoes and mushroom stems in olive oil with the herbs.
Step 4
Add a little wine and simmer for about five minutes.
Step 5
In the end, add the feta cheese and simmer for about three minutes.
Step 6
Spoon the sautéed mixture into the mushroom caps.
Step 7
Sprinkle the mushrooms with grated hard cheese.
Step 8
Bake for about 40 minutes at 200°C.
