Ingredients
- Safflower Oil - 9 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Fresh Mushrooms - 3 lbs
- Parsley - 3 stems
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms, finely chop the garlic and parsley. Then divide the oil and mushrooms into 6 heatproof dishes, which is how the dish will be served. (If you don't have individual pots, you can cook everything together in a skillet and divide into portions before serving).
Step 2
Add a little salt and garlic to each dish and bake for 5 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
Increase the temperature to 428°F and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the mushrooms with parsley and serve immediately.
