  • Green peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts - 9.2 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 20 pieces

Step 1

Blend chopped basil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, walnuts, sea salt, and olive oil in a blender until a paste forms.

Step 2

Spread the sauce over the mushrooms and place them in a dehydrator at 104°F for 3 hours.
