  • Garlic - 0.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Whole Grain Bun - 3 slices
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste

In a mortar, combine the oil and nettle.

Season with salt and crush.
