Ingredients
- Pickled Nettle - 4.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Water - 34 fl oz
- Garlic - 0.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Whole Grain Bun - 3 slices
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a mortar, combine the oil and nettle.
Step 2
Add the halved garlic.
Step 3
Season with salt and crush.
Step 4
Place 1-2 slices of bread at the bottom of each soup bowl.
Step 5
Put the water on high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
In the boiling water, create a whirlpool with a spoon and crack an egg into it. Reduce the heat slightly.
Step 7
After 3 minutes, place the poached egg on the bread.
Step 8
Repeat the poaching process with all the eggs, transferring each to a new soup bowl.
Step 9
Transfer the nettle paste into the water and mix well. Remove from heat after 1 minute.
Step 10
Pour the soup into bowls.
Step 11
Make a slight cut in the poached egg so that the yolk flows out a bit, and serve.
