- Cucumber Brine - 5 qt
- Salt - 5 teaspoons
- Nettle - 2 lbs

Juice the cucumbers using a juicer, adding salt at a ratio of one heaping tablespoon of salt per liter of juice. Stir well.
Step 2
Place a layer of nettles at the bottom of the jar, followed by a layer of cucumbers, then another layer of nettles. Continue to fill the jar in this manner, finishing with a layer of nettles.
Step 3
Pour the contents of the jar with cucumber brine mixed with salt, seal it, and refrigerate for two days.
