- Goat cheese - 4.2 oz
- Port Wine - 2 tablespoons
- Ricotta cheese - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped almonds - 2.3 oz
- Seedless Green Grapes - 24 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, ricotta, port wine, a little salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Taking 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture at a time, form balls, placing a grape inside each one. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Lightly chop the roasted almonds and transfer to a plate. Add the chopped green onion and mix.
Step 4
Roll the balls in the almond-onion coating.
