Non-Alcoholic Orange-Cranberry Punch

Ingredients

  • Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 3 cups
  • Orange juice concentrate - 3 cups
  • Water - ¾ cup
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - ½ tablespoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Oranges - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - ⅓ cup
  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Mint - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a 2-liter pot, mix the freshly squeezed orange and cranberry juices. Add water, spices, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 2

Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Pour into glass mugs, add a few fresh cranberries to each, garnish with sliced orange rounds, fresh mint leaves, and serve hot.
