Ingredients
- Concentrated Cranberry Juice - 3 cups
- Orange juice concentrate - 3 cups
- Water - ¾ cup
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ tablespoon
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Sugar - ⅓ cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 3.5 oz
- Mint - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a 2-liter pot, mix the freshly squeezed orange and cranberry juices. Add water, spices, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour into glass mugs, add a few fresh cranberries to each, garnish with sliced orange rounds, fresh mint leaves, and serve hot.
