  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Herbs - 1 bunch

  • Chicken Broth - 1 qt
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Udon Noodles - 7.1 oz
  • Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Ham - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the tomatoes and dice them.

Step 2

Grate the carrot.

Step 3

Slice the celery into thin rings.

Step 4

Cut the pork into small pieces and sauté in vegetable oil with chopped onion.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, celery, and carrots. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Pour the stewed mixture with hot broth and bring to a boil.

Step 7
