Ingredients
- Beef hoof - 28.2 oz
- Bone-in Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Udon Noodles - 8.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the bones, dry them, and chop them.
Step 2
Cover with cold water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
After 1.5–2 hours, add the rinsed bone-in beef and continue to cook for another 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Strain the finished meat broth (transfer the meat to another container) and return it to the heat.
Step 5
When the broth boils, add the peeled, washed, and chopped onion and carrot, and after 15–20 minutes, add the dried homemade noodles.
Step 6
When the noodles float to the surface, remove the pot from the heat.
Step 7
Place 2–3 pieces of meat in each bowl and pour hot noodle soup over it.
