Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- Salted Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Marjoram - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 6 cups
- Angel Hair Pasta - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a food processor, grind the pork liver. Add the softened butter and lightly beaten egg. Mix and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
In the mixture, stir in the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, bring the beef broth to a boil in a large pot, then reduce the heat. Using a metal spoon, form dumplings from the chilled mixture and drop them into the boiling broth. You should get about 6 dumplings. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Add the pasta and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
