Ingredients
- Basil Mustard Sauce - 23 fl oz
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Rice Noodles - 2.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 4 teaspoons
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Chinese green beans - 8.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - ⅓ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the zucchini, and cut the beans into pieces.
Step 2
Combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, basil, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Step 3
Bring the broth (2 liters) along with the tomato sauce to a boil.
Step 4
Add the meatballs to the broth. Once they float, add the noodles. Cook for 5 minutes (I used very thin noodles, and 5 minutes was sufficient). Add salt, sugar (optional), zucchini, and beans. Cook for another 5 minutes.
