Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 7.1 oz
- Udon Noodles - 10.6 oz
- Ham - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Green Peas - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Rosemary - 4 sprigs
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
Step 2
Grate the carrot.
Step 3
Slice the celery into thin rings.
Step 4
Cut the pork into small pieces and sauté in vegetable oil with the chopped onion.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes, celery, rosemary, and carrot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Pour hot broth over the sautéed mixture and bring to a boil.

Add the noodles to the soup and cook until done. Add the butter.
