- Carrot - 3.5 oz

- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Fillet the Norwegian salmon, removing the skin, head, and bones to make a stock.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped carrot in vegetable oil, making sure it doesn't change color.
Step 3
Sauté the sliced leek rings with tomatoes. Cut the potatoes into wedges and partially cook them.
