Ingredients
- Flaxseeds - ½ glasses
- Almond - ½ glasses
- Cashew sour cream - 1¼ glasses
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 5.6 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - 4.6 oz
- Applesauce - 4 spoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 spoons
- Baking Powder - 1½ spoons
- Xanthan - 1½ spoons
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F and mix all the dry ingredients: flaxseed flour, almond flour, cashew flour, along with salt, baking soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and cinnamon.
Step 2
Add unsweetened applesauce and a cup of water, then blend with a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in the chopped dried fruits and walnuts.
Step 4
Place the dough into a loaf pan and bake in the oven for about one hour and ten minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick.
Step 5
Remove the baked bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely. Only after that can it be sliced.
