Nut Tartlet with Gorgonzola and Spinach
Ingredients
- Spinach - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 6 oz
- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Use a mixer to grind the walnuts with the milk. Rub the flour with 150 g of softened butter and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough with the milk and walnuts until smooth.
Step 2
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Sauté the spinach with the remaining butter in a skillet until soft. Season with salt.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with the sour cream and a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and cut out 10 discs with a diameter of 11 cm. Place them in tartlet molds (diameter 10 cm). Layer the bottom with spinach, add pieces of gorgonzola, and cover with the beaten eggs.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm, sprinkled with pieces of walnut on top (optional).
