- Red Currant - 7.1 oz
- Oat flakes - 10.6 oz
- 1% Kefir - 17 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste

Soak (or cook) the oat flakes
Step 2
Blend everything together, adding sugar and cinnamon to taste. Any other berries or fruits can be used instead of currants. Very quick, filling, and healthy!
