  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Radish - 7.1 oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Cucumbers - 10.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sweet Pepper - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes until cooked through. Let them cool, then peel. Cut into cubes.

Step 2

Dice the sausage. Cube the eggs. Slice the radishes thinly. Dice the cucumbers. Chop the herbs finely.

Step 3

Combine the potatoes, sausage, eggs, radishes, and cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates.

Step 4

Pour in the kvass and sprinkle with herbs. Serve chilled with sour cream.
