Description

Check the amount of citric acid and mustard after the okroshka has cooled and infused. When warm, you may not feel that there is enough acidity and mustard.

  • Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Cucumbers - 7 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Cervelat Sausage - 17.6 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 3 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
  • Citric Acid - 0.4 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil and cool 3 liters of water.

Step 2

Dissolve sour cream, mustard, and mayonnaise in the water. Add salt, pepper, and citric acid.

Step 3

Dice the cucumbers, boiled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Add everything to the prepared water.

Step 4

Finely chop the dill and green onions and add them to the mixture.

Step 5

Chill and serve.
