- Rhubarb - 3.5 oz
- Eel - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2.1 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Fruit Infusion - 13 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the raw cucumbers and the boiled, cooled, and peeled potatoes. Finely chop the lettuce, parsley, and dill.
Step 2
Then, hard-boil the egg, chop the whites, and pass the yolk through a sieve and mix it with the sour cream. Pour this mixture over the fruit infusion, add the vegetables, herbs, sugar, and lemon juice.
Step 3
To prepare the fruit infusion, take 100 g of apples or 25 g of dried fruits, pour 2 cups of boiling water over them, bring to a boil, and let steep covered for 3–4 hours.
