- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Potato - 4.2 oz
- Radish - 2.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 4.2 oz
- Ham - 4.2 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.5 oz
- Creamy Horseradish - 0.7 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Kefir - 25 fl oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then dice them into 5 mm cubes. Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them in the same way as the potatoes. Cut the cucumbers and ham into the same size cubes. Slice the radishes into thin strips. Combine all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and serve in deep plates.
Step 2
Mix the cream and grated horseradish with sour cream, add mustard, and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Add a dressing made of horseradish and mustard to each plate, pour in kvass or kefir, and mix. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
