- Bread Kvass - 27 fl oz
- Dark Ale - 7 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Mustard Greens - 4 spoons
- Horseradish Leaves - 4 spoons
- Pickled Cauliflower - 4.2 oz
- Cucumbers - 4.2 oz
- Radish - 4.2 oz
- Cured beef - 4.2 oz
- Scallions - 0.3 oz
- Dill - 0.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chill the kvass and beer.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 3
Finely chop fresh and pickled cucumbers, radishes, egg whites, herbs, and boiled beef.
Step 4
Mash the egg yolk with mustard and horseradish.
Step 5
Assemble the okroshka. Pour kvass and beer into a bowl.
Step 6
Gently stir.
Step 7
Dress with a mixture of egg yolk, mustard, and horseradish.
Step 8
Pour in the vegetables.
Step 9
Add the herbs.
