Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Radish - 1.1 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Basil - 0.4 oz
- Matsoni - 10 fl oz
- Green Hot Adjika - 0.7 oz
- Quail Egg - 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Boil or grill the chicken fillet.
Step 2
Cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Chop the vegetables.
Step 4
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 5
Boil quail eggs.
Step 6
Add 20 grams of cucumbers and 20 grams of adjika to the matsoni. Mix well.
