Okroshka with Mineral Water

Ingredients

  • Cervelat Sausage - 17.6 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
  • Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
  • Scallions - 5.3 oz
  • Cucumbers - 5 pieces
  • Dill - 5.3 oz
  • Kefir - 1 qt
  • Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 14.1 oz
  • Turnips - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling wine - to taste
  • Citric Acid - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes and eggs, then cool them.

Step 2

Cut the sausage, radishes, and three cucumbers into cubes, and finely chop the dill and onions.

Step 3

Grate the remaining two cucumbers on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Dice the cooled potatoes and eggs.

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 6

Add sour cream, kefir, and mayonnaise.

Step 7

Season with salt and add citric acid to taste.

Step 8

Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 9

Ready to serve!
