Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 2 cans
- Walnuts - 4 tablespoons
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Radish - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the cucumber and radish. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it thinly. Grate the radish on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Roast the walnuts and chop them. Mince the garlic.
Step 3
Whip the sour cream (it can be replaced with a less fatty but thick yogurt) with a mixer. Add the minced garlic, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for a short time.
Step 4
Before serving, mix the cucumber, radish, and sour cream mixture. Garnish with finely chopped dill on top.
