Okroshka with Salami on Kefir and Sparkling Water
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Spicy salami - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 5 pieces
- Turnips - 2 bunches
- Scallions - 2 bunches
- Kefir - 1 qt
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Sparkling water - 30 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, cool them, peel, and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard, rinse under cold water, peel, and chop finely.
Step 3
Cut 4 cucumbers finely and grate 1 cucumber.
Step 4
Cut the salami into small cubes. Grate the radishes. Finely chop the onion, sprinkle part with salt and mash.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Pour in the cold kefir. Add cold sparkling water. Season with salt. Add vinegar to taste. Mix well. Chill.
