Ingredients
- Pitted olives - 20 pieces
- Pickles - 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Crab sticks in brine - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the pickles into thin strips.
Step 2
Place a piece of pickle into each olive (in the cavity where the pit was).
Step 3
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel, and separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 4
Crumble the yolks and mix them with the cheese.
Step 5
Add enough mayonnaise to create a thick mixture and stir.
Step 6
Grate the egg whites and crab sticks on a fine grater, combine, and mix.
Step 7
Roll each olive in the yolk mixture, then in the white mixture.
Step 8
Carefully arrange on a plate.
