Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 8 fl oz
- Kalamata olives - 8.8 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Cilantro - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 2.1 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the garlic cloves (large) into thin slices and mix them with all the other ingredients in a resealable plastic bag.
Step 2
Shake the bag well to mix everything, then place it in the refrigerator for one to three days. Be sure to shake the bag with the olives periodically.
Step 3
Before serving, let the marinated olives sit at room temperature for an hour.
