Ingredients

  • Morels - 6 oz
  • Large eggs - 6 pieces
  • Brie cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dice the ham into centimeter cubes and sauté in a non-stick skillet with about half the butter for three minutes.

Step 2

Add mushrooms, sliced into thin pieces, and sauté until they become tender, which will take about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove the pan from the heat.

Step 3

Crack three eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix with a fork. In a non-stick skillet, melt some butter, pour in the egg mixture, and while it cooks, about for a minute, gently spread the omelet to ensure the eggs thicken evenly.

Step 4

Sprinkle half of the mushroom and ham mixture over the omelet, along with half of the Brie cheese pieces. Cook for a couple more minutes, tilting the skillet in different directions. Fold the omelet in half, remove it from the skillet, and prepare the second portion in the same way.
