Description
This is actually a great way to use up overcooked (or leftover) rice that you don't want to eat plain. If you often forget it on the stove while getting immersed in your studies, like I do, this recipe is for you.
Ingredients
- Rice - 1.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Eel - 1 bunch
- Honey-Mustard Dressing - to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Adyghe cheese - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the rice and let it cool.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and blanch it.
Step 3
Mix the rice, onion, and egg, then place the mixture in a heated skillet and fry this 'omelette' until golden brown on both sides.
Step 4
Once fried, cut it in half, place lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sauces on one half, and cover with the other half. You can also add other vegetables.
