  • Spanish onions - 14.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Honey - 1.1 oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Salt - to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
