- Chicken Broth - 4 fl oz
- Demi-Glace Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 0.7 oz
- Rabbit Fillet - 2.1 oz
- Spinach - 0.1 oz
- French Baguette - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté on low heat for 40 minutes in vegetable oil with the addition of butter and sugar.
Step 2
Then pour in the wine and reduce, add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sautéed flour, stirring thoroughly. Cook until ready for about 30-40 minutes on low heat, then add finely chopped garlic and let it steep.

Sauté the duck fillet in vegetable oil, then finish cooking in the oven. Cut the white baguette, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake until golden brown.
Step 4
