- Campbell's Beef Broth - 3 cups
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 8 pieces
- Madeira - 5 tablespoons
- Grated Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- French Baguette - 4 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons

Melt the butter with olive oil in a skillet, add thinly sliced onions, and sauté for 10–15 minutes.
