Ingredients
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanilla salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Cream - 4 fl oz
- Orange bitters - 4 fl oz
- Instant coffee - 24 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Add sugar and 2 pinches of cinnamon. Beat again.
Step 2
In a chilled bowl, whip the well-chilled cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Add the egg white, mix, and distribute into 4 cups.
Step 3
Combine the hot coffee and orange liqueur and pour into the cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
